About the Role:

The Full-Time Intake Coordinator will be the first voice potential clients hear and the first face they see when they visit us. Right away, you’ll take charge of managing our part-time intake assistant and ensuring our client intake process runs smoothly. We need someone who’s ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of this essential part of our business.

And here’s the best part: Down the road, as our firm grows (and it is growing!), this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position within the firm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 • Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for potential clients—giving them a warm welcome and letting them know they’re in the right place.

Managing our part-time intake assistant, making sure they’re on track and crushing it.

 • Scheduling consultations, appointments, &managing attorney calendars, plus following up on leads, and ensuring no one slips through the cracks.

 • Taking ownership of the intake process, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

 • Helping us make things even better by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting awesome ideas.

 • Keeping track of client interactions using our CRM (we’re tech-savvy like that).

We’re Looking for someone who:

 • Has at least 2 years of experience in intake, sales, or client relations (bonus points if you’ve worked in a law firm before).

 • Has the ability to show EMPATHY! Many of our clients are going through tough times, and they need someone to really LISTEN to them

• Loves talking to people and making them feel comfortable—whether on the phone or in person.

 • Is confident, organized, and ready to take charge from day one.

 • Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

 • Has a great sense of humor, positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing that smile.

 • Knows their way around CRMs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
