 Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time, In-Office)

The Overview

You know how to make someone feel welcome — and you don’t miss a detail. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly receptionist to be the face and voice of Monteforte Law. You’ll be the first person our clients meet and the anchor that keeps our front office running smoothly.

If you’re a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and loves keeping things on track, this could be your perfect fit.

Who We Are

Monteforte Law, P.C. is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm based in Wilmington, MA. We help higher-income clients protect their families and their assets with customized plans — not cookie-cutter documents.

We offer proprietary trust strategies, long-term care planning, and compassionate guidance through complex legal issues. Our team is tight-knit, drama-free, and dedicated to service with a personal touch.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer and route incoming calls (no robotic scripts — just real, courteous service)

  • Manage the front desk calendar and schedule appointments

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and client waiting area

  • Provide admin support to our legal and intake teams (filing, scanning, supplies, etc.)

  • Be a consistent, calming presence for clients going through emotional planning moments

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience (law firm or medical office a plus)

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing gets past you

  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently (written and verbal)

  • Stay calm under pressure and can juggle tasks with a smile

  • Are punctual, dependable, and take pride in doing things right

  • Are comfortable learning new systems — we’ll train you

  • Love being part of a team and helping people feel cared for

You’re Probably Not a Fit If You…

  • Prefer to work from home — this is an in-office role

  • Don’t like phone calls or face-to-face client interaction

  • Struggle with multitasking or following systems

  • Think “good enough” is ever good enough

What’s in It for You?

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)

  • Competitive pay, based on experience

  • 401(k) with 4% match, health insurance, and paid time off

  • A fun, supportive work culture (we celebrate wins with tacos, cake, and high-fives)

  • A meaningful role at a law firm that makes a real difference for real families
