Job Summary
The paralegal supports our busy team working on multiple legal projectst. The paralegals will manage both legal and administrative functions, including  communicating with clients, communicating with other members of the team internally and with external parties (courts and other organizations), and other duties as necessary.
 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the law firm’s programs and projects and substantive areas of law, especially those substantive areas of law in which you will be assisting clients
  • Complete court forms and related  documents and file them with the courts
  • Handle day-to-day case management administrative functions
  • Document case updates and next action steps as cases progress
  • Provide  support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to commute to office
  • Heavy use of computer programs and applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Reliable and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
